		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more with this post. sometimes we found ourselves in state so busy that we don&#039;t even know why. Having fewer possessions and a more organized work life can cut out chucks of unnecessary stuffs in our lives. 

It&#039;s always the small neglected details that piles up to become a huge load of stress!

It&#039;s hard to understand exactly how profoundly paring down will affect your life until you do it...and then you can&#039;t imagine how you managed to live your life any other way! 		<description>I have definetly found this. 

I started a part time job about half way through my purging/de-cluttering and even with that new commitment and taking up meal planning,  I still have more time with my kids. It takes me WAY less time to clean and to put things away now, and the difference in my day is stark.</description>
