They aren’t properly sized for 1024px as wallpapers.
Not really a great idea when you have a blurry picture on your desktop that was meant for a smaller resolution.

@fb – did you click through all the way on flickr to view the larger images? although i didn’t check all 36, the ones that i did preview had a large enough resolution for 1024.
