The simplicity/minimalism movement is among the most friendly, encouraging, and helpful communities you will ever find. There is a genuine understanding that any promotion of simplicity is good for society—and there is little concern about who gets the credit for it.
It is a pleasure to be part of such a wonderful group of people. And I enjoy every opportunity to promote writing that encourages people to live more by owning less. So fix yourself a nice warm cup of coffee or tea. Find a quiet moment this weekend before the holiday rush. And enjoy some encouraging words to inspire more simplicity in your life today.

Thank you for the resources. I will read them straight away. i have entered the minimalist life by accident almost. I became a full time traveller around 18 months ago and was forced to leave everything I owned behind. Since being in Asia, having quiet time and trying out meditation was a given. It will be interesting to read about how others came to a similar conclusion.

Recently I moved from one city to another by car. It is amazing how many stuff you really don’t need. most of my belongins are still into some box away and so far I miss nothing. Right now I’m selling most of it on ebay like sites.

‘to live more by owning less.’
We don’t need clutter in our lives and don’t we feel better when we take time to de-clutter …..think before we purchase, think before we ….. do anything. A little thought goes a long way..
All the best Jan
