A special thanks to each of you for making 2024 such an enjoyable year here at Becoming Minimalist. This marks my sixteenth year writing on this blog, and I have loved every moment of it.
Whether you have been reading all 16 years, the last 16 months, or just the last 16 seconds, I’m glad you’re here.
Becoming Minimalist continues to reach people beyond my wildest dreams as we grow every year in new ways. As before, this growth has occurred because of the support from readers like you.
Thank you for sharing this website on social media and with your friends and family. This website exists only because of your support.
Here are some numeric representations of our growth:
- Becoming Minimalist was read by nearly 3 million people last year.
- Our Facebook page has over 2.8M followers, and our posts reached over 123M people last year! Thank you for following and continuing to share our posts.
- 150k people currently receive Becoming Minimalist posts via email. Sign-up here to do the same.
- Over 300k people subscribe to our quarterly, digital ad-free magazine, Simplify Magazine.
- Over 4,000 new people decluttered their home last year through the Uncluttered Course.
- 55 new videos were posted to YouTube last year and subscribers grew from 290k to 320k. 3.6M people watched a video from Becoming Minimalist last year. Unbelievable.
- On any given day, over 1,000 people actively use the Clutterfree App to declutter their homes.
- Our Instagram following is now over 116k people.
- My Focus on Faith Newsletter is read by 15k people.
All that to say, the influence of this website (and more importantly, what it represents) continues to reach people and change lives around the world.
But some of our most significant successes this past year are not found in the numbers above:
Becker Method Professional Training. In late 2023, I took my 15 years of experience helping people own less and created a Training Course for Professional Declutterers. Currently, through 2024, over 125 people have been through the Certification Training and many of them can be found listed on the Becker Method Certified website.
Speaking. 2024 was my busiest year speaking at conference and events since before COVID. I had many wonderful opportunities to speak on both minimalism and how to live a meaningful life (based on my book, Things That Matter). If you are organizing an event this year and looking for a speaker, send me an inquiry here.
Uncluttered Faith. In Fall of 2024, I began writing a new book, Uncluttered Faith. It is my first faith-based book and will focus on the spiritual benefits of owning less. The book is scheduled to be released in early 2026.
It has been a fulfilling and meaningful year for Becoming Minimalist. Thank you for being part of it.

I look forward to an exciting 2025.
I will be offering the Uncluttered Course one last time next year (registration will open on January 1st) as well as my Becker Method Certification course. If you’d like to know more about the Professional Training, you can sign up here to receive specific updates about it.
I’ll also remain active creating videos for YouTube and Facebook, and will continue publishing Simplify Magazine and Simple Money Magazine.
I will be spending the first half of 2025 writing my first faith-based book, Uncluttered Faith. And I am researching opportunities and ways to create more of a community and interaction among Becoming Minimalist readers. Nothing to announce quite yet, but I think it would be valuable. I am also feeling a need to publish more content in audio format. Again, nothing to announce—it’s a just a direction I think is important.
No doubt, Becoming Minimalist will continue to evolve and be redefined.
But this website will always stay true to its core message: more joy can be found in owning less than in pursuing more. We will continue to invite as many as possible to discover this truth in their lives. And I hope you will join us.
I’m looking forward to this final season. Change is good!!
God bless you in this new chapter of your book of life!!! For His glory, Jamie Price
Your course has been very enlightening to me. Your advice and perspective on items of sentimental value or items you paid a lot for was especially helpful. I love the interviews you did with people who have gone through the minimizing journey and would love to hear more of those if you ever wanted to add something more. Thanks for letting us have lifetime access. I reference your information frequently. Happy 2025 and good luck with your new endeavours!
So no more classes after the January class? Will the Facebook groups ebd as well?
Nope, the Facebook Groups will remain as long as you’d like to be part of it. And everyone who has signed up will still have lifetime access to the course materials. This January is just the final time I will be leading it live. Let me know if that answers your question or if you have any others.
Joshua, thank you for all of your guidance over the many years. I will be doing this final course again knowing it will have a different impact! Thank you as well for maintaining all of the materials for us as a continued resource! My best wishes to you. I will look forward to what you create in the future! Marget
Would love to join this last one! I forgot how to re-register as current member. Is there a link?
