Great food for thought this weekend. I am depressed and full of shame these days and I am responding to most things with bitterness and anger. Working on less of that… slowly. Good to have concepts like these to practice on.

Long ago I saw a saying “Why do we have to progress or regress…why can’t we just “gress” for a while.” It was in the Reader’s Digest in the 1970’s. My husband and I often reminded ourselves of that.
