Having a timer is crucial.
I’ve never bought much stuff but I’ve always been untidy.
If time is against me, I just throw things in a cupboard for ‘later’.
Setting the timer for 15 mins or sometimes 30 mins makes all the difference.
I couldn’t possibly spent all day on it, too overwhelming.
ARE THERE ANY COOKBOOKS ON EATING LIKE A MINIMALIST?

Yes! Look up Mark Bittman. He used to write a cooking column for the New York Times called The Minimalist. He has published many cookbooks. I have Kitchen Express it’s really good.
